All Shaabi products are currently shipped by USPS. We hope to add additional delivery methods, soon.

Many of our products are made-to-order and ship-date will be a few weeks following the date of purchase. In such cases, this fact is clearly indicated in the product description.

RETURN POLICY

Products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. The returned product must be in unused and unaltered condition, in the original packaging, with original tags. You are responsible for the cost of shipping. Please notify us before returning the product, by sending an email to support@shaabi.me

EXCHANGE POLICY

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@shaabi.me and send your item to the above address. You are responsible for the cost of shipping.

REPAIRS

We provide free repairs for any damage under normal wear and tear, within the first year of the purchase. We determine whether the product qualifies for repair on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us by email at: support@shaabi.me
